More than 400 transportation professionals from throughout Oregon and the Pacific Northwest are expected to participate in the 2018 Northwest Transportation Conference, March 13-15, at the Oregon State University Alumni Center. The theme of this year's conference is:

"Moving the Transportation Profession Forward"

Since its inception in 1949, the biennial Northwest Transportation Conference has served as a forum for engineers, designers, builders, operators, planners, and other transportation officials. Sponsors participating in the organization of the conference include Oregon State University, Portland State University, the Oregon Department of Transportation, Benton County Public Works, the Federal Highway Administration, and the Institute of Transportation Engineers.

    • Click 'Start Registration'
    • Enter your contact information
    • Select a strong password
    • Read and agree to Ideal-Logic's Terms of Service
    • Select and answer two security questions

    • Note that Dietary Preferences are at the bottom of the page on which you confirm your contact info. You may need to scroll down to see this entry.

  • Need to confirm that you're registered?

    • The OSU registration system does not send a confirmation email.
    • If you sign in to your account you can view the events for which you are registered; or
    • Attempt to register again. If you are already registered you will receive a notice.
Lodging and Accommodations for Attendees

  • The Hilton Garden Inn is on the campus of Oregon State University (2500 SW Western Blvd, Corvallis). A government room rate is available. Parking for guests of the Hilton Garden Inn is complimentary during their stay. More info to come.

  • The Holiday Inn Express is located 5 minutes driving time from campus (781 NE 2nd Street, Corvallis). A government room rate is available. More info to come.
