More than 400 transportation professionals from throughout Oregon and the Pacific Northwest are expected to participate in the 2016 Northwest Transportation Conference, March 15-17, at the Oregon State University Alumni Center. The theme of this year's conference is

“Transportation Tools You Can Use on the Job”

Since its inception in 1949, the biennial Northwest Transportation Conference has served as a forum for engineers, designers, builders, operators, planners, and other transportation officials. Sponsors participating in the organization of the conference include Oregon State University, Portland State University, the Oregon Department of Transportation, Benton County Public Works, the Federal Highway Administration, and the Institute of Transportation Engineers.

Lodging and Accommodations for Attendees

  • A block of rooms is reserved for the NWTC at the Hilton Garden Inn on the campus of Oregon State University (2500 SW Western Blvd, Corvallis). A government room rate is available. Parking for guests of the Hilton Garden Inn is complimentary during their stay. Reservations: 541-752-5000.
